Villa Nica’s accomplished professional chef is on hand to whip up meals from an imaginative menu covering Indonesian, Asian and international dishes, as well as vegetarian meals and children’s favourites— all served family-style. He is happy to receive special requests and tailor meals to meet special dietary needs and is a dab hand at sizzling seafood barbecues. It’s best to discuss your requirements the evening before or at breakfast, to give the kitchen team time to shop for the freshest ingredients.

The immense 4.4-metre merbau wood table dominating the dining room lends itself to convivial meals where conversation flows freely while butlers discreetly recharge your glass. Kickstart your day with a hearty breakfast and a soundscape of cascading water and birdsong. At night, close the doors, light the candles, and indulge in a gourmet multi-course dinner in air-conditioned comfort. In between, enjoy a smoothie or salad at the swim-up bar, and sunset cocktails in the sunken pool lounge.

Groceries and beverages are charged at cost price with a 20% handling fee which is subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate. Guests will be requested to provide grocery money in advance, and the staff will do the shopping and keep receipts for reference.
